Duties of a Master Technician:
  • Conduct a wide range of vehicle maintenance tasks, including diagnostics, warranty work, and repairs
  • Complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs accurately and safely, adhering to manufacturer standards
  • Assist and mentor less experienced technicians, supporting team skill development
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently within set deadlines, maintaining high safety and quality standards
  • Uphold manufacturer and company standards for service and repair quality
Requirements of a Master Technician:
  • Possession of a recognised Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience with complex diagnostics and vehicle servicing across various makes and models
  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, prioritising safety and process adherence
  • Willingness to mentor colleagues and share expertise to support team development
