Our client, a reputable dealership known for quality workmanship and excellent customer service, is seeking a skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to advance their careers within a premium brand environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of technical workmanship, mentoring junior staff, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Attractive working hours: Monday from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Tuesday to Friday from 8.15am to 5.00pm, and one in four Saturday mornings from 9.00am to 1.00pm
Duties of the Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve complex faults on vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and colleagues
  • Perform quality control checks on both new and used vehicles ensuring high standards of workmanship
  • Maintain excellent customer service and promote workshop reputation for exceptional service levels
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and manufacturer protocols
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop environment
Requirements:
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience as a qualified Master Vehicle Technician, ideally with a premium brand
  • Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical expertise, with a proven track record in performing complex repairs
  • Previous experience in a senior or Master Technician role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
  • Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
