Materials Planning & Logistics Manager Titchfield | £95,000> + Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance

The Role

We're recruiting for a senior leadership opportunity within a growing manufacturing business undergoing significant transformation and expansion.

With the site experiencing 28.4% growth, this role has been identified as one of only 18 global priority positions, offering a genuine opportunity to shape the future of the operation.

The Role Reporting directly to the Site Manager and sitting on the Site Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of end-to-end planning and logistics activities across two key operational streams:
  • OEM Production
  • Aftermarket Repairs
You'll lead and drive performance across:
  • Production & Materials Planning
  • Stores Operations
  • Global Logistics & Distribution
  • Shipping, Dispatch & Trade Compliance
  • Standardisation & Transformation Initiatives
  • The site ships approximately 80,000 parts every month to customers worldwide.
Team Leadership You'll lead teams of around 80 employees, including:
  • Shipping Team (~40)
  • Stores Team (~40)
You'll also influence key stakeholders across production planning and logistics functions within a matrix environment.

We're Looking For You'll have experience in:
  • Production and materials planning
  • Supply chain leadership within complex manufacturing environments
  • Global shipping and trade compliance
  • Leading transformation and change initiatives
  • Working successfully in fast-paced, high-growth businesses
  • Managing stakeholders and delivering results through others
  • Backgrounds such as SIOP Manager, Supply Chain Planning Manager, or Materials Manager would be particularly relevant.
Package on Offer
  • £95,000+ basic salary
  • Bonus scheme
  • Car allowance/company car
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00–8:00am start, 4:45pm finish
  • Friday: 7:00am–12:00pm
  • 100% onsite position
