Measurement Surveyor

We Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Measurement Surveyor for a respected client.

This is a national role requiring travel to construction sites across the UK, carrying out surveys and assessments relating to structural door openings and existing door installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend construction sites nationwide to conduct pre-assessments of structural door openings.
• Accurately measure and survey openings to ensure suitability for proposed installations.
• Carry out condition surveys on existing doors and provide detailed reports.
• Assess whether existing doors can be repaired or require full replacement.
• Liaise professionally with site personnel and clients while maintaining high standards of service.
• Complete survey documentation and reports accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous surveying, construction, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a national travel schedule.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
