Mechanical Construction Manager

A well‑established and highly regarded M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their growing delivery team. The Role

As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for the on‑site delivery of mechanical services, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing the mechanical installation from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• Managing programme, progress, and quality on site
• Attending client and design team meetings
• Resolving technical and delivery issues as they arise

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager within the M&E contracting sector
• Strong fit out project experience is essential
• Track record of delivering projects in live or fast‑paced environments
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations
• SMSTS and relevant mechanical qualifications preferred
