Mechanical Contracts Manager

MK-Search have partnered with a well established, dynamic M&E contractor with a strong presence across sectors and long-standing client relationships who are looking for a mechanical contracts manager to join their London business unit. 

Reporting to an operations director, the role will involve overseeing multiple projects across the commercial, education, and high-end residential sectors. The business in question are very forward thinking and offer flexible and hybrid working to best support people in fulfilling a multi-site region wide role. 

The role will involve:

• Managing multiple live mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Overseeing schemes ranging from £2m–£10m mechanical value
• Leading Project Managers and site delivery teams
• Managing programme, commercial performance, client relationships, and overall operational delivery
• Working closely with commercial and pre-construction functions

The successful individual will have a strong building services background, experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record working with reputable M&E contractors.
