🌟 What you’ll do

• Take ownership of projects from first sketch to finished machine.

• Bring concepts to life with 3D CAD (SolidWorks or similar).

• Engineer practical solutions in sheet metal, fabrication, and automation.

• Collaborate with a team of innovators, suppliers, and customers.

• Research new materials, components, and technologies.

✅ What we’re looking for

• Strong CAD design skills (SolidWorks).

• Hands-on mechanical mindset with fabrication knowledge.

• Engineering design qualification or proven experience.

• Creative, can-do attitude with problem-solving skills.

• Ability to link designs to real-world performance.

• Communication skills and IT literacy.

• Agricultural experience (desirable, not essential).
