Commercial plumber/Mechanical engineer

Our client is currently recruiting for a commercial plumber who has a strong mechanical knowledge to join their service/maintenance team. The company offers a complete range of building services to their clients, working to the highest level of standards.

The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a variety of commercial properties within the public sector around Essex, occasionally traveling down to Kent and into North London.

Job Description

  • Service, reactive, maintenance and PPMs
  • General mechanical tasks like AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems and HVAC
  • Commercial plumbing tasks
  • Occasionally pitch in with other tasks like lighting tests, etc..
  • Participate in call out
  • Communicate with senior members of staff to achieve the best customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering
  • Commercial plumbing experience
  • Be able to pass an enhanced security clearance
  • Commercial gas or F-gas (advantageous)

  • Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
