Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – City of London – £46,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a reputable building services provider at a high-profile commercial site in the City of London. The Role:
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems across the site, ensuring all plant and equipment runs efficiently and reliably.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and repair of mechanical systems and plant
• Maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and associated equipment
• Supporting with minor installations and project works
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and site policies
• Liaising with subcontractors and site management as required

Requirements:

• Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HVAC and building services systems
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Package:

• Salary: £46,000 per annum
