💰 Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Call-Out Allowance + AP Bonuses
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm (with flexibility available)

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Bias M&E Engineer to join a highly professional engineering team at a prestigious Central London site, located just a short walk from Charing Cross. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants long-term progression, exposure to critical environments, and genuine investment in their development.

The role offers a substantial training and upskilling budget, including opportunities for AP training and further career-enhancing qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Fault-finding and repairing mechanical systems
  • HVAC, pumps, motors, FCUs, AHUs, and associated building services equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures
  • Working within a high-security environment requiring professionalism and attention to detail
  • Participating in a 1 in 6 call-out rota

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent)
  • Strong building services maintenance experience within commercial or critical environments
  • Good all-round M&E knowledge with an mechanical bias
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC/DV clearance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
