Mechanical Fitter

Position : Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Engineer

Location : Doncaster

Salary : £38,000 - 340,000

Sector : Manufacturing

Hybrid : No, this is an on site position

Hours : Monday to Friday days

Please note : During the installation and commissioning phases of the equipment, you MUST be prepared to travel to the customer site for up to 2 weeks at at a time. This may be anywhere in the world (UK and International)

• Mechanical assembly and build according to engineering drawings
• Small fabrications and metal work
• Highlighting any issues or errors
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Factory acceptance testing
• Working as part of the installation and commissioning team on a customer site

About You

• Probably apprentice trained with a NVQ 3/ BTEC or HNC in Mechanical Engineering
• Pneumatics experience is extremely beneficial
