We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a new residential project based in Oxford, supporting the final stages of the build.

This is a 3-month contract focused on finishing works and commissioning, ideal for someone who can come in and drive the job over the line.

The Role:

• Supervising mechanical works on a residential project
• Overseeing site operatives and subcontractors
• Managing final fix, snagging, and commissioning
• Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with programme
• Coordinating with site management and other trades

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
• Background in residential projects
• Experience with commissioning and project handover
• SSSTS – essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Details:

• £300 per day
• Working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• 3-month contract
• Immediate start available
