Options Resourcing Ltd are actively looking for a Mechanical Supervisor for a site in Hardham, West Sussex.

Rate: £32 per hour
Hours: Paid 9 hours per day, Working 7:30am - 5:00pm.
Duration: 8 months+
Start: ASAP

About the Role:

A major industrial project in Hardham is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor on a contract starting ASAP. You'll be working on a large-scale installation with a steady workflow and a professional site environment, as well as supervising the mechanical trades on site predominantly pipefitters.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Industrial mechanical installation
• Working as part of a coordinated team on a busy site
• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Solid understanding of HSE practices, isolation procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑coordination skills.

Requirements:

• Valid Mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• JIB PHMES Blue or Gold card or Blue or Gold Engineering Services Skill card.
• Previous industrial mechanical experience.
