The Role

As the Mechanical Site Manager / Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing mechanical installation works on site
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• Managing health & safety compliance and site documentation
• Driving productivity and maintaining excellent site standards throughout the project lifecycle

Working Hours

7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, or similar leadership role
✔ Strong mechanical building services background
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
✔ Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
✔ Relevant industry qualifications and site certifications
