True are partnering with a long-established mechanical specialist delivering high-quality pre-packaged solutions across commercial, residential, and mission-critical sectors. With a growing presence across Europe and a strong pipeline of data centre projects, they’re now looking to appoint a Mechanical Supervisor to support delivery in Frankfurt on a rotational basis.

As Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the on-site delivery of complex data centre projects, overseeing mechanical installations including pipework, cooling systems and associated infrastructure. Working within a high-performing project team, you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards expected within mission-critical environments.

Mechanical Supervisor Package:

  • £70,000-£80,000 Salary (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mechanical installations on data centre projects in Frankfurt
  • Oversee pipework, cooling systems and associated plant installations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure all works meet H&S, quality and programme requirements
  • Support commissioning and handover processes
  • Report into Project Management team on progress and site performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong mechanical background within building services / MEP contractors
  • Experience working on data centre or mission-critical projects preferred
  • Hands-on experience with pipework, cooling systems or plant installations
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Engineer
  • Able to work on a rotational basis in Frankfurt
  • Proactive, organised and confident working within high-performance site teams
