The Role
As a Mechanical Technician I, you play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the LSM equipment and installations. You are actively involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as coordinating external contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical failures, including implementing sustainable improvements to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate and support external contractors performing maintenance, calibration, and validation
- Optimize maintenance processes and propose improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional collaboration across departments
- Contribute to preventive maintenance and reliability improvements
Requirements
- MBO (vocational) level of thinking and working
- Accuracy and affinity with GMP regulations (preferred)
- Experience or interest in calibration activities (preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC control systems
- Willingness to participate in on-call (standby) services
- Good command of Dutch and English
