Key Responsibilities:

As Meetings and Events Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences by:

  • Proactively selling conferences, weddings, meetings and Events spaces
  • Building strong relationships with corporate and agency clients
  • Managing enquiries, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Conducting show-rounds and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinating logistics with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Managing sales forecasts, budgets and CRM reporting accurately
  • Supporting the wider sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales
  • Attending sales meetings and providing pipeline and performance updates

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a confident and proactive individual who has:

  • At least 2 years' experience within events sales or hotel sales in a luxury venue
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience managing client expectations from enquiry through to delivery
  • Wedding sales experience would be advantageous
  • A professional and personable attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile

This role comes with a long-term permit; however, sponsorship is not available.
