We’re recruiting for a Suit Specialist to join a British heritage menswear brand, opening two new stores in London.
If you have a passion for tailoring and delivering a personalised customer experience, this is a great opportunity to be part of a new store launch.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering strong sales performance and supporting store KPIs
- Advising customers on suits based on occasion, fit and personal style
- Taking accurate measurements and ensuring the perfect fit
- Guiding customers through customisation and made-to-measure options
- Building lasting relationships through exceptional service
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across fabrics, fits and styles
- Leading by example on the shop floor
About You
- Experience in premium menswear retail
- Tailoring experience essential
- Passion for formalwear and fabrics
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident and customer-focused
