We are looking for compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to support service users in a hospital.
Key Duties
- Provide personal care and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Follow care plans and maintain a safe environment
- Use approved de-escalation techniques (PMVA/MAPA)
Requirements
- PMVA/MAPA training (mandatory)
- Previous mental health experience preferred
- Mandatory Training certificates
- Right to work in the UK
