The Role - Mentor

As a Mentor, you will work closely with students on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting both their emotional wellbeing and engagement with learning. The successful Mentor will support behaviour management, help students develop coping strategies, and encourage positive interactions within the classroom. You will work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to provide consistent and structured support. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for this Mentor role.
