This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MET Technician or a motivated Vehicle Technician aspiring to specialise within the bodyshop environment. With significant growth plans including the addition of MOT and servicing facilities, this role offers excellent long-term career prospects.

- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) work on damaged vehicles to high standards
- Strip and refit vehicle components in line with manufacturer specifications
- Perform wheel alignments and 'super fitter' duties when required
- Identify and communicate additional repair needs during strip-down processes
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high quality standard
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets as an MET Technician
- Collaborate effectively with bodyshop and workshop teams to deliver timely repairs
- Proven experience as an MET Technician, Strip & Fitter, or a strong Vehicle Technician background
- Relevant qualifications preferred; ATA certification advantageous but not essential
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Full UK driving licence
