Location: Hybrid role, with majority WFH. Candidates must be open to occasional travel across UK.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications that drive efficiency and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and customise applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate
- Build and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security models
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external systems
- Create and manage custom connectors and API integrations
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Provide documentation, user support, and training where required
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform developments and best practices
- Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services
- Solid understanding of data modelling and business intelligence concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- Exposure to Power BI and advanced analytics
- Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC)
- Occasional travel within the UK may be required
