Smile Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and well-regarded middle schools across Redditch to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers for roles starting from April 2026 and beyond.

🌟 About the Role As a Supply Teacher in Redditch middle schools (ages 9–13), you’ll deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, maintaining continuity in learning while creating a positive and focused classroom environment.
These roles offer a mix of:
  • Pre-planned lesson delivery
  • General cover across subjects
  • Short-term and longer-term placements
You’ll be stepping into supportive schools with strong behaviour and welcoming staff teams, making your day-to-day experience smooth and rewarding.
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2, 3, or middle school age range
  • Confident classroom management and adaptability
  • A positive, proactive approach to teaching
  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners
