Salary: £31,000 - £38,000 per annum + Overtime
Location: Taunton
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (39.5 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team of fabricators and welders, offering long-term stability, overtime opportunities, and career progression.

The Role

• MIG welding on a variety of fabricated metal products
• Fabricating components from engineering and fabrication drawings
• Working to high quality standards with excellent attention to detail
• Carrying out fabrication and welding duties within production schedules
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and the wider production team

The Candidate

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a MIG Welding and Fabrication role
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Strong fabrication and welding skills
• Able to work independently and use own initiative
• This vacancy has arisen due to a team member leaving the business, and the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running in a busy production environment.
