Hales Group are recruiting for a Day Shift Mill Labourer to join a well‑established client based near Fakenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on, varied role and wants to be part of a small, friendly and supportive team where everyone works together to get the job done.
 
You will play a key part in ensuring the site runs smoothly, supporting production targets and contributing to the overall performance of the business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a variety of manual labour tasks across the mill
  • Cleaning and pressure washing equipment and work areas
  • Weighing and mixing ingredients accurately
  • Loading raw materials by hand
  • Maintaining high attention to detail
  • Following all health & safety procedures
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth site operations
To be considered for the role of Mill Labourer, you will need:
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
  • Happy to work in a hands‑on, sometimes dirty environment
  • Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
  • Able to follow instructions and maintain good attention to detail
Location: Walsingham, Fakenham Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour Hours: 48 hours per week, 4 on 4 off day shifts Shift Pattern: 6:00am - 6:00pm Contract: Temporary ongoing
