An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider delivering maintenance and installation works across commercial properties owned by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

This is a stable, long-term position offering excellent benefits, overtime opportunities and the chance to work on a prestigious local authority contract.

🔧 The Role:
• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Electrical installation works
• Working across a portfolio of commercial council-owned buildings
• Fault finding, repairs and testing
• Participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota

✅ Requirements:
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification
• AM2
• Experience within commercial building maintenance environments
• Full UK Driving Licence

💰 Package:
• £45,000 basic salary
• Potential flexibility up to £47,000 for the right candidate
• 40-hour working week
• Company van & fuel card
• 1-in-4 call-out rota (£120 standby payment)
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates (1.5x & 2x)
• 22 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days with service
• Plus 8 bank holidays
• 4% employer pension contribution
