Mobile Fabric Engineer – Birmingham

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing facilities management team covering commercial properties throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard through both planned and reactive works.
Key Duties
- General building fabric maintenance
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Patch plastering and making good
- Door, lock, and window repairs
- Completing PPM tasks and reactive works
- Maintaining health and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or Building Maintenance role
- Experience within commercial environments
- Multi-skilled maintenance background
- Good customer-facing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
