About Us

At Masterfix, we deliver premium property maintenance services across London’s prime and super-prime residential developments and private homes.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer to join our expanding team undertaking reactive repairs, planned servicing and landlord gas safety inspections across London.

This role is ideal for a professional and customer-focused engineer who takes genuine pride in their workmanship, communication and attention to detail.

Sub-contractors will also be considered for this role.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Reactive gas and heating repairs
• Boiler fault finding and diagnostics
• Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
• Boiler servicing and maintenance
• Working within occupied residential apartments and homes
• Providing clear communication and updates to residents and clients
• Recording works accurately using mobile job management systems
• Delivering a high-end customer experience at all times
• Participating in a 1 week in 3 on-call rota (essential)

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer
• Current ACS gas qualifications with at least 18 months remaining before expiry
• Proven experience undertaking reactive repairs and diagnostics
• Previous experience working within Central London
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and high working standards
• Comfortable working within residents’ homes and high-end developments
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• Willingness to participate in the on-call rota

Desirable

• Commercial gas qualifications
• Experience within prime or super-prime residential developments
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience advantageous
