Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across South Central England. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a varied mobile role offering excellent training & progression opportunities, with no call-out requirement.
What you'll do:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings.
- Complete emergency lighting inspections and testing, along with routine building compliance checks including tap temperature monitoring.
- Perform fault finding and first-line repairs on building services systems including lighting, power, pumps, motors, air handling units, fan coil units, and general plant equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and site contacts.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
- Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and general building services maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- £42,000 per annum salary
