Job Description:

A Mechanical Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems such as heating, pipework, pumps, and plant equipment. The role is mainly maintenance-focused, covering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault finding, with occasional minor installation work like pipe replacements. Work is carried out across commercial and high-end residential buildings.

Requirements:

• • Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical/plumbing maintenance

• • NVQ Level 2 (essential), Level 3 desirable

• • Strong commercial maintenance background

• • Knowledge of pumps, pipework, and heating systems

• • CSCS card preferred

Package:

• • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

• • Salary DOE

• • 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 days)
