Mobile Maintenance Plumber

Location: North London (Mobile Role - Van Provided)

Salary: Up to £41,000 + Company Van

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join a leading building services and facilities management provider on a prestigious commercial contract across North London.

A company van, fuel card and all necessary tools will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across multiple commercial sites.
• Diagnose and repair faults on hot and cold-water systems, sanitaryware, pipework and associated plant.
• Complete minor plumbing installations and remedial works as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels.
• Conduct routine plant room inspections and report any defects or compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of completed works, compliance checks and maintenance activities.
• Liaise professionally with clients, site teams and management to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Support wider building services maintenance activities where required.
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and to the required standards.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety and company procedures.

Requirements

• City & Guilds Plumbing qualification (Level 2 or 3) desirable.
• Proven experience carrying out plumbing maintenance within commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems and plant room equipment.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
