Are you an experienced Commercial Plumber looking for a secure role with excellent benefits and earning potential?

We're recruiting for a Commercial Plumber to join a leading building services provider delivering maintenance and plumbing works across a portfolio of commercial buildings owned by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious local authority contract with long-term stability, overtime opportunities and excellent company benefits.

🔧 The Role:
• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Repairs and installations across commercial properties
• Fault finding and remedial works
• Working on hot and cold-water systems
• General building services plumbing duties
• Participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota

✅ Requirements:
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
• Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

💰 Package:
• Up to £45,000 basic salary
• 40-hour working week
• Company van & fuel card
• 1-in-4 call-out rota (£120 standby payment)
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates (1.5x & 2x)
• 22 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days with service
• Plus 8 bank holidays
• 4% employer pension contribution
• Life Assurance (2x annual salary)
