We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mobile SMART Repairer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional specialising in cosmetic repairs and SMART repair techniques to join a well-established national company operating across West London. The Mobile SMART Repairer role offers a chance to work outside the traditional workshop environment, providing vehicle cosmetic repairs at customers' locations.Our client values high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and attention to detail, offering ongoing support and development for their team members.

Duties of a Mobile Smart Repairer:
  • Conduct minor cosmetic repairs including paint spraying, dent repairs, and SMART repairs at customer locations
  • Carry out bodywork repairs up to 30cm in diameter
  • Travel efficiently across West London between job sites
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout repairs
  • Ensure all repair work meets quality standards and company specifications
  • Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition
  • Accurately record and report all completed work
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times
Requirements of a Mobile Smart Repairer:
  • Proven experience as a Mobile SMART Repairer or in cosmetic repairs, including paint and dent fix work
  • Strong knowledge of water-based paints, 2K clear coats, and other relevant repair techniques
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within West London
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
  • Motivated, reliable, and well-organised
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to safety and adherence to industry best practices
