Our client is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mobile SMART Repair Technician to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to demonstrate their expertise in mobile repairs while working independently across various customer sites.

Benefits for the successful Mobile SMART Repairer:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Bonus potential of up to £6,000 annually
  • Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Opportunity to work independently at multiple customer locations
  • Manage your own van, tools, and stock with ease

Duties:
  • Conduct mobile SMART repairs, including minor bodywork, paintwork, and cosmetic refinishing
  • Prepare panels via sanding, masking, priming, and colour matching to achieve seamless repairs
  • Deliver high-standard paint finishes in line with manufacturer standards
  • Manage your mobile van, including regular equipment maintenance and stock control
  • Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and customer interactions
Requirements for the Mobile SMART Repairer position:
  • Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or within a bodyshop paint environment
  • Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering top-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently, managing your workload efficiently
  • Confident in using modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching skills
  • Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to customer sites
