Are you an experienced motor trade professional seeking a rewarding career opportunity? Our client, a reputable vehicle maintenance specialist renowned for DPF cleaning and remedial work, is currently recruiting for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team in Manchester.

This is an excellent chance to utilise your skills within a dynamic, mobile service environment. The successful Mobile Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering on-site fleet maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics across the Greater Manchester area, ensuring all vehicles operate at peak performance.

Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct on-site fleet repairs, maintenance, and DPF cleaning to high standards
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Use hand and power tools effectively during repairs and mechanical installations as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
  • Maintain accurate service records and report on work completed
  • Support team colleagues by sharing technical knowledge and expertise
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
  • Assist in mentoring junior technicians where applicable
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs within the motor trade
  • Proven expertise in fleet maintenance and DPF cleaning processes
  • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and personable attitude
  • Full UK driving licence, with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Ability to work efficiently in a mobile, on-site environment
