Our client, a reputable automotive company, is seeking an experienced Mobile Technician to join their team and deliver exceptional fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, and DPF services across the Essex area.

Benefits for a Mobile Technician:
- Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £45,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with alternate Saturdays (day off in lieu)

- Conduct mobile servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Perform DPF cleaning, fault diagnosis, and repairs, primarily on vehicles with systems remaining on the vehicle
- Support roadside and breakdown assistance as part of the mobile team
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate work records, including parts used and services performed
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company policies
- Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment at all times
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience working in mobile, dealership, or breakdown vehicle repair environments
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with servicing multiple vehicle brands
- Experience with DPF systems and cleaning procedures
- Full UK driving licence with a clean record
- Reliable, well-organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-focused attitude
