Our client, based in Swadlincote, is looking to appoint a skilled MOT Technician to join their dedicated team. This MOT Technician position provides stability, competitive benefits, and clear pathways for professional development in a supportive environment.

- Basic salary up to £32,000 plus bonus, with an OTE of approximately £34,000

- Conduct MOT testing in compliance with DVSA regulations as an MOT Technician
- Perform servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics
- Carry out repairs on brakes, clutches, cambelts, exhausts, and tyres
- Use wheel alignment equipment and perform wheel alignments where required
- Complete vehicle health checks and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Identify additional repair needs and communicate findings effectively as an MOT Technician
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised workshop area
- Valid MOT Tester licence and/or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience working as an MOT Technician in a professional workshop setting
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
