- Carry out basic diagnostics and fault finding
- Maintain accurate job progress and communicate updates to the supervisor
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with dealership standards
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining vehicle diagnoses and repair options, answering customer questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester role
- NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 (equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability
- Solid knowledge of using diagnostic equipment and software
- Full UK driving licence
- Drive and ambition to develop as a technician
- Ability to maintain high standards of work and professionalism at all times
