We are currently recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester to join a reputable automotive service centre in Barnstaple. Duties:
  • Conduct MOT inspections to meet industry standards and legal requirements
  • Inspect vehicles for faults, diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation diligently
  • Provide advice to customers regarding repair and maintenance needs
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance within the workshop environment
  • Support team members to ensure workshop productivity and customer satisfaction as an MOT Tester
Requirements:
  • Valid and current MOT Tester certification
  • Proven experience performing vehicle MOT tests and inspections
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and industry regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to advise customers effectively
