Motorcycle Technician – Cheltenham
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic | OTE £35,000 – £45,000+
The Role
We are recruiting for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join a busy dealership/workshop in the Cheltenham area. This is a great opportunity to work with modern bikes in a well-equipped environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair a range of motorcycles
- Diagnose faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Carry out MOT prep (Class 1 & 2 desirable)
- Complete engine work, brakes, tyres, and general mechanical repairs
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
- Maintain accurate job cards and paperwork
- Work to efficiency and productivity targets
Requirements
- Experience as a Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (IMI / City & Guilds preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Passion for motorcycles
- Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence ideal)
