Multi Carpenter

R9 are currently recruiting Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our team working across Salford on an ongoing contract.

The primary trade required is Joinery, alongside a strong ability to undertake a variety of additional tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery works as the main trade
• Complete multi-trade tasks including:
  • Basic plumbing or plastering
  • Kitchen refits and installations
  • Painting and decorating
  • Mould removal and treatment
  • General maintenance and repairs
• Work independently to complete jobs to a high standard
• Use a PDA system to receive and complete job tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled role (Joinery essential)
• Ability to confidently complete jobs from start to finish
• Basic plumbing or plastering skills desirable
• Good all-round maintenance skills
• Valid UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
• CSCS card preferred
• Basic IT skills (for PDA/job management systems)

Qualifications

• Qualification or Apprenticeship in your primary trade (Joinery), OR
• NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair & Refurbishment, OR
• Valid CSCS Card
• Basic DBS check
