Multi Skilled Electrician
Leyland | 39 hours | Permanent | £24-£30p/h Umbrella
We’re hiring an experienced Electrician to join a Property Services team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance in domestic homes.
What you’ll do
  • Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and small installations
  • Diagnose faults and fix issues first time
  • Work across tenanted and void properties
  • Complete inspection & testing (if qualified)
  • Ensure all work meets BS7671 standards
  • Use mobile systems to manage and update jobs
  • Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
  • Join an on-call rota (approx. 1 in 20 weeks)

What you’ll need
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition (BS7671)
  • City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
  • Domestic electrical experience
  • Strong fault-finding skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
