Multi-skilled Engineer - Euston Square - 48k + Package 

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Multi-skilled Engineer to join a dynamic team based in a prestigious corporate office environment in Euston Square. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client-facing role, providing both planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of all building services plant and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all building services systems (mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning).
• Deal directly with clients on a daily basis, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients as required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified to Level 3 in one of the following trades: Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning.
• Previous experience working in a client-facing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in building services maintenance.
• Ability to handle both planned and reactive maintenance tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
