We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Hulme and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social housing repairs and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs within social housing properties.
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance works.
  • Undertake basic multi-trade tasks where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed.
  • Provide a professional service to tenants and residents.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Multi-trade skills would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £26 (LTD) per hour
  • Company Van provided.
  • Tools provided.
  • PPE provided.
  • Overtime available.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Shift pattern of 11:30am–8:00pm on four weekdays, plus every Saturday 8:00am–4:30pm.
