Multi-Skilled Tradesperson + Labourer (2-person team)

2-man team required for a 16-week project in Chorley delivering a range of maintenance and repair jobs across 2 local sites.

Requirement is for:

- 1x Multi-Skilled/Multi-Trade

- 1 x Labourer

This will be on a CIS-basis. POTENTIAL FURTHER WORK or BONUS AVAILABLE.

Driving licence for one of the team is required. Ideally the team will know each other, but we can put the team together ourselves.

Project:

Small brickwork replacement and re-pointing

Minor refurbishment work - small joinery and boarding/plastering

Repairing damage and minor works

Joinery/Carpentry
