Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 basic salary + company van, fuel card & benefits
Contract: Permanent
Overtime: Available and optional
We are working in partnership with a well-established property maintenance contractor to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for their responsive repairs team, working across occupied social housing properties.
The Role
You will be responsible for attending reactive repairs within tenanted properties, delivering high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out responsive maintenance and repair works in occupied homes
- Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Communicating professionally with tenants and clients
- Accurately reporting works completed
Requirements
- Carpentry biased, as well as competent in basic repairs across other trades such as:
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Patch plastering
- Previous social housing maintenance experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
