Multi Trade Operative

Optima Site Solutions is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative in Westminster .

We are seeking a reliable, skilled individual with experience across a range of trades and the ability to work independently to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Plumbing work, including bathroom replacements (toilets, wash basins, and associated fixtures)
• First-fix and second-fix water installations
• Basic carpentry, including:
• Boxing-in
• Skirting boards
• Architraves
• Kitchen fitting (preferred)
• Wall tiling
• Basic painting and decorating
