We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused operative to join our social housing maintenance team. Your specialist trade will form the foundation of your work, supported by a range of additional skills.

What You’ll Bring

• Plumbing expertise or Carpentry expertise as your main trade

• Additional skills such as tiling, plastering, painting and general maintenance

• Experience working in social housing or domestic repair environments

• A professional, respectful approach when working in occupied homes

• The Role

You will carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance and small works across a portfolio of social housing properties. Tasks may include repairing leaks, fitting doors, patch plastering, tiling, painting and general property upkeep.
