Multi Trade Operative

Temple Recruitment are currently looking for a Multi Trader / Handyman from a strong carpentry background, to assist our client across various sites in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

Rate negotiable.

Duties

• Perform maintenance and repairs across social housing properties - general multi work - patch plaster, tiling, painting and decorating, basic plumbing.
• Repair and refit stairs - including working on key clamp and mopstick rails
• Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance purposes.

Proven experience in this area and references will be required.

Own vehicle and tools are essential for this role.
