We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor covering the Saffron Walden area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, ongoing work within occupied residential properties.

The Role:
You will be carrying out a mixture of reactive maintenance, planned works, and general repairs within social housing properties. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing experience alongside additional multi-trade skills.

Typical duties will include:

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Tap changes and toilet repairs
• Bath, sink, and shower replacements
• Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
• Leak detection and pipework repairs
• General carpentry and multi-trade repairs
• Basic patch plastering, tiling, and decorating
• Working in occupied properties while maintaining high customer service standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plumber
• Background within social housing or domestic maintenance preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Own tools required
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• CSCS card advantageous
